Observability Manager

Role Description

The Observability Manager is a key leadership role responsible for developing and implementing the company’s observability strategy. This role ensures that observability initiatives align with IT operational goals and broader business objectives, driving performance optimization and enhancing the customer experience. The Observability Manager leads a team of observability engineers and specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. The Observability Manager reports to and is managed by the Principal Solutions Architect.
